Ingredients: 1 cup of red lentils small onion
1 small red pepper olive oil
1/2 zucchini salt, pepper
1 carrot
Recipe: Boil red lentils in salt water. Chop the vegetables into small pieces and cook it in the pan with olive oil (vegetables should not be hard). Add some salt and pepper. Mix all together. And that is it! :) You can add some cheese/tofu/or lemon on the top.
