okey, this is not about it.
I choose to talk about food.
I really want to be vegetarian and later vegam.
Now everyone will be scared. And have many counter arguments. It is okay. I have some too..
Vitamin B12? You need eat meat to get it to your body! That is not true. B12 is JUST in SOIL and our INTESTINE. It is not naturally appeared in animals, meat or whatever. They have just bacause they eat grass and it grows from the SOIL. So we can eat also vegetables and have B12, because it also grows in SOIL. On the other hand there will not be anough B12 in soil and so on.Everyone needs to take "artificial" form of B12 (pills...).
You will be hungry!! No, I will not. People without meat in their food eat usually a lot bigger portions than meat eaters. So you will have enough food, energy, nutrients and vitamines.

And also there is always a way to get "fake" meat, chocolate, yogurt,.... You know.
But the best for me are soya desserts and yogurts from alpro! Love it! Not so expensive and delicious!
It good not just for your body, skin, hair but also for animals. Will you eat your pet? Of course not so why should you eat chicken? Also Milk from cow. Will you drink milk from cat when it has little kitties? No! So?!
