Hi, today I will share with you yummy recipe- perfect for these hot summer days, vacation and family parties. Ingredients are in every proper kitchen and it is not hard to make.
You will need:
2 cus of flour (of your choice.. coconut, gluten-free, wholegrain,..)
2 cups of shared coconut
2 cups of milk (again as you wish, plant-based, cow,..)
1 cup of any sugar (for sweeter taste add 2 cups)
1 cup of oil
3 eggs
1 baking powder
1/4 vanilla sugar
fruit of your choice
Instructions:
In blender mix eggs with sugar then add milk and oil. After good consistency add dry ingredients. Put dough in the baking pan and sprinkle with fruit. Bake 50 minutes on 180-200 degrees (depends on your oven). Done! Enjoy.
