Improve your health

Hi my deers! Today I am going to share with you my "improve your health" routine. Besides a quality diet there is a wide range of good supplements which makes you feel even better. It all starts in the morning by drinking a glass of water with magnesium.


Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body. It plays several important roles in the health of your body and brain. However, you may not be getting enough of it, even if you eat a healthy diet.
A, Magnesium is involved in hundreds of biochemical reactions in a body.  Energy creation: helps convert food into energy. Protein formation: helps create new proteins from amino acids. Gene maintenance: helps create and repair DNA and RNA. Muscle movements: it is part of the contraction and relaxation of muscles. Nervous system regulation: it helps regulate neurotransmitters, which send messages throughout your brain and nervous system.
B, It may boost training
C, It fights depression
D, It has benefits against type 2 diabetes
E, It can lower blood pressure
F, It has anti-inflammatory benefits
G, It can help prevent migraines
H, It reduces insulin resistance
I, It improves PMS symptoms

The second step is to make a cup of coffee with a teaspoon os soya dried milk. 

Soya dried milk is a natural source of minerals.

It is breakfast time! Not daily, but sometimes a do smoothie bowl in the morning and I add some protein to have extra proteins in it.

Soya protein, we all know what is protein good for :))
Zinc, sodium, D3 in one- I switch every 20 days my Mg tabletes with these ones. It is always good to mix it with something else and have a change.
Zinc is a nutrient that plays many vital roles in your body. Because your body does not naturally produce zinc, you must obtain it through food or supplements. It is required for numerous processes in your body, including: gene expression, enzymatic reactions, immune function, protein synthesis, DNA synthesis, wound healing, growth and development, may help treat acne. It is found in aminal food too.
Caffeine- As I mentioned I drink coffee every morning and not only. It increases memory. It mixed with carbs replenishes muscle glycogen concentrations faster after exercise. It detoxes the liver. It can stimulate hair growth for balding men and woman. Caffeine relieves post-workout muscle pain by up to 48%. It may protect against Parkinson´s disease and Alzheimer. It may prevent skin cancer.
Fruit and greens- include them in your every meal
Sport- supplements will not do it all, be good to your body, move your ass, be active

Quick sweet recipes

No-bake tiramisu cake
Ingredients:
2x 33% cream (for whipping)
1x cream yogurt
sugar
strong coffee
biscuits
fruit of your choice
Procedure: Whisk your whipping cream with sugar and than add yoghurt. Lay down on a baing pan biscuits softened in coffee. On the top of biscuits put a half of the creamy mixture, sparkle it with any kind of fruit, lay down another layer of coffee biscuits and finish it with the last cream. Final look is up to you- use more biscuits, more fruit or something else! Leave it in fridge at least for 4 hours.


Muffins
Ingredients:
1 big egg (two small)
vanilla pudding powder
oil
water
sugar
flour
chocolate
walnuts
Procedure: Mix liquid ingredients than add dry ingredients plus additions like chocolate or nuts. Give the mixture in to the muffin silicone forms and bae 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
