Ordinary on vacay

Hi guys, how are you? I am back from our short vacation. We spent our holidays in Slovakia. As you may notice we prefer low-cost tips with lots of memories. So I am happy to show you one of them.
Our trip started on friday. In the morning we headed to Žilina to do some shopping and eat nice lunch at the shopping mall. Than we continued to Hrabovo- cute small area with  lake, apartments, so much to do and cableway to Malinô Brdo. So far we spent money on highway stamp and the cableway.
Žilina shopping mall- Hrabovo- Malinô Brdo- Mini farm (near the station of the cableway)
Than we went to our hotel in Donovaly. We booked hotel online. There is a wide range of accommodations to choose from. Nice nature, so much sports available, hiking,...
First day in Donovaly we did a small walking around, beer tasting and some photoshooting. Such a lovely afternoon!
Ski slope Park Snow Donovaly
Pivovar Donovaly (wine is mine)
The second day we started with nice breakfast and small hiking to Brankovský waterfall just few kilometres from Donovaly.
Really easy way to get there, amazing scenery.
The highest waterfall in Low Tatras- 55 metres
After that we wanted to see Liptovská Mara, but because of large amount of people we just went by and go straight to Jasná- ski resort to see that place, because I had never been there before.
Vrbické pleso, 3 minutes from the ski resort
Landscape, view from Chopok
We went up by cableways. It was quick and nice way to get there.
The highest point of Jasná ski resort.
The third day after breakfast, we explored Donovaly even more. We took another cableway up to Nová Hoľa to see mountins like Veľká Fatra, Kriváň and lots of smaller hills.
9:30 am on Sunday and the cableway was all ours, amazing!
Weather was on point.
Somewhere there is Kriváň, lol.
The last stop of our trip was city Banská Štiavnica. The city has a lot to see. It is filled with history event, famous people, events,... Nice place on the hill. Just like Hradčany in Prag.
So romantic.
Poet Sládkovič and his lovestory.
That buildings!
We had beautiful weather. We met few people, the most of them were on Chopok. We had really cheap hotel room but still really nice and clean, even more yummy breakfast and our spendings were just cableways, food and drinks. I rather spend money on a good meal than anything else. Slovakia is wonderful! :) And where have you been so far? :) xoxo -O.

Aktin.sk

Another aktin haul. I am so excited! Products I will show you are really vegan friendly, healthy lifestyle friendly and yummy. I really want to upgrade collection of legumes and seeds so that was the main part of the box. Both legumes and seeds are good source of protein, vitamins, minerals, digestion and more. It is very important to have a wide range of meals in your life. Legumes could be used as a protein in your meal and seeds for healthy fats.
1. Complete cookie birthday cake- my favorite sweet treat in the world!
2. Turmeric- my new favarite seasoning, I add it to rice and it helps your digestion and makes a great color too.
3. Raw bars- quick snack in the afternoon full of dates and nuts
4. Pumpkin seeds- sparkle your food with healthy fats
5. Sesame seeds- nice addition to salt baking
6. Sunflower seeds- snacking all the time
7. Dates- sweet sweet babe, love them in an oatmeal, cakes and also just like that
8. Baking powder- there is never too big packaging
9. Couscous- rice, potatoes, rice, potateoes, pasta,... oh hallo couscous
10. Chickpeas- great source of protein
11. Red lentil- my favorite legumes to make meals from
12. Wolfberry- healthy af, full of vitamin C, add them into your diet
