It is time for buying x-mas presents! 

What are you going to buy? Where are you going to shop?

But the most important!!

Do you know where it is coming from?

Since I know the truth I am really curious about the things I am going to buy. Especially when it comes to clothers. One of my favorite shops were H&M or ZARA. To be honest, even though I know the truth, until recently I have been shopping there. But not anymore.

Christmas is coming

X-mas in less than one month!

Are you ready?

Here I come with so-called "no stress to do list"

Cold weather is already here. But snow is still missing. Uups.. I have hope till Christmas eve to see snow. lol Be prepared with hot clothers, vitamins, teas and good mood.

Sparkling decorations are appearing too! Markets welcome us from November! Hot drinks, sweets, amosphere, songs, ooh.. So good! Decorate yur space too. I would be much cozy during these days.

What about food? Have you been thinking about it? Christmas dinner, sweets, drinks, cockails,..??

Is everything in order in your home? Clean? Tidy up? New? No dust? I am a bit behind.

Presents! As we all know, this feast is more and more commercial thing than it used to be. On the other hand, it is nondescript feeling to see happy kid while opening its box.

Will you see all your family members? Or do you need some post cards/flying tickets/check buses?

As for myself, I am not in x-mas mood yet. I am thinking about presents for my family and firends. Also I am trying to decrease my mess at home. Next week I am going to see markets in my study city. Dinner on Cristmas eve will be vegetarian, but I am not sure what exactly (any tips?). The most important thing is that I will be with my family, enjoying time with them.

European parliament

Elections to European parliament?!?

Their importance?

Did you know..

It has to do with the functioning of the EU as an organisation. It is only one of tree institutions (The council & the Commision). Traditionally the Parliament was the weakest one, but since the Treaty of Lisbon its power has increased.  It has more say in passing laws. 

So the elections are an oportunity to breathe new life into the EU and to begin a more inclusive positive future for the european projects, economy, refugees, democracy. They also strogly support student exchange programmes. They have financial support each year to help people.

European parliament- every 5 years EU citizens choose who represents them in the EP. It is directly-elected institution that defends their interests in the EU decision-making process.

In may 2019, we will decide who should represent us at the European Parliament, but also what kind of European Union we want, whether we want a more competitive but also socially cohesive EU, or one that is only fiscally consolidated; whether we want a safe Europe but one which also respects the fundamental rights of immigrants, wherever they come from; whether we will respect the right to freedom of movement and establishment for all or only for those who are most well off; whether we will collectively apply measures against financial speculation and a progressive taxation of capital income, not just employment, or if the inaction of one government will be allowed to excuse the inaction of the rest; and whether we will be able to coordinate the response of more than 500 million citizens to the challenges of data protection, renewable energy, security, gender equality, etc., or continue to act like Lilliputians in the face of the United States, China, Russia and so-called globalisation. We decide!

By voting we have the ability to decide those who will act for us and who will set the common good as the first priority. The European elections are an important process that puts the citizens in the centre of the European idea and reminds them that they constitute the Union, they have rights and they are the main player in all the procedures. Thus, we ought to vote, to pass our message, to strengthen the democratic governance in the EU and to support the legitimization. 

An active Union needs active citizens!

I am not into waisting money. BUT when it comes to food I have no borders. For a long time I am following this czech brand on Instagram- AKTIN. I was really interested in their food. So I decided to visit their page, order some goods and try them. Here we go! Lets try! I am not saying that they are so expensive or so btw.. :)

All food I ordered!

Flapjacks wehe so good, but to be honest I do not consider them that healthy so just mentioning it. On the other hand they are suitable for vegans, nice consistance and a lot of combinations from which you can choose.

This cookie was the first adept. Yummy! So good. Sweet, soft, pink cookie. It was really tasty and I ate it so fast that I did not even have a chance to make a photo of that. Hih. i recommended to have it like a snack while traveling.

This salty snack is yummy too! Hummus chips as an afternoon snack while learning. They have more flavors. I choose salty ones to be the best.

Lentil chips with tomato and basil flavor. A bit hot taste.

White chocolate for people like me (cocoa powder alergic) is adorable! Along with strawberry flavor it is a protein bomb between classes. Pretty filling tho.

Protein pudding is a good form of a quick breakfast for example before classes when you are running late, but you know there will be enough food during the day. This flavor-creamy vanilla is the best protein pudding or this kind of yoghurt from all I have ever tried.

THE PROEIN BALL CO did not catch my attention as much as the rest of them, but still quite good. For me it was really small snack, but with some fruit it would be better. As for consistance and taste, I have no cons. 

With healthy snacking comes also not so healthy eating too. Blueberyy cheesecake was soo good. Perfect for a date with friends.

It does not matter where you are, enjoy all food everywhere with everyone. But make the best from it. Nice place with delicous food is heaven! Bon apetit friends!

Another season is here.

Holiday season, all saints day, colder weather,..

What to do during these days?

My free time is fully connected with studying, but..

whenever I have more free time I like to get out of my house and enjoy the nature around me.

Sunny sky, fresh air, colorful leaves and my honey. 

When you are freezing the best way to get warmer is to get some hot drink. My fav one is coffee.

Last few weeks I enjoy coffee latte and the best one is with almond milk. Also I tried this vegan poppy seed milk and it is yummy! NEMLEKO is a brand with milk like this one. They have almond, vanille, coffee, chocolate ones too.

Along with hot drink goes a book book. To redirect your mind and be for a while in a world you want to be.

Do not forget to eat enough vitamins!

Vegetables, greens, fruits,..

But everything is about balance! Something sweet is always win. Just like this homemade poppyseeds strudel. (poppy seeds obsession is real)

Another obsession is cinnamon! Oh got.. the best supplement to every sweet meal in my life.

So, perfect breakfast is served only with a cinnamon flavor like cini minis granola for example!

Now, with a clear head, positive mind, enough of vitamins and movement we are ready to be beautiful also from outside. My only expanse in beauty is for nails! This month they are cold-themed. Black and White with little bit of glitter.

This summer I visited the 3rd biggest city in Spain- Valencia.
Such a nice city.

I want to share with you my perfect vacation but also I wanted to help you with some tips I used, done, found during holidays.
Our trip was decent and low-cost in many ways.

I stayed there with my boyfriend for 6 days.

We travelled by air-plane from Vienna (kiwi.com-web site we choose to buy our tickets). The journey took about 2,5 hours.

In Valencia we used Valencia tourist card for getting aroud the city. It is the best deal for tourist as for the city transport. There are more options (24h,48h,72h,7days). Be sure you consider this card when you are going to Valencia.

We rented the whole apartmen near beach by airbnb web site. We are always looking for accomodation at this site no matter in which country. We had bedroom, kitchen¸ bathroom, hall, wifi, air condition, frige, freezer, washing-maschine, towels,.. everything we needed. The beach was 300m far from us. Supermarket and bus stop was next to our entrance door.

Food: We cooked in our kitchen. We brought some food and another we bought in the supermarket. We had margheritta pizza twice for 7 euro and once we had kebab (in booth). The only food we ate in restaurants. More often we bought bevegares in restaurants. Drinks are there quite expensive. (330ml even for 4 euro)

Experiences: 1. PAID: Football match- we had that luck to see buel of two spain teams ATM and VLC. Great stadion, thousands of people, incredable atmosphere, good match. If you are fan of football look at some dates of matches there. It is worth it.
To be honest, is was our one and only paid adventure there. :D
Rent a bike-  okay we also rented bikes, but it was like 9 euro per person and it allowed us to see a big part of a city in a short time. Bike roads are perfect here. They are everywhere you can go from the beach to the city centre in 10 minutes. And the reads by the museums are unbelievable!!

You can visit Zoo, Aquarium, museums and more.

2. FREE: sandy beach full of cockles and mussels. You have a lot of space there not so many people neck and neck.
Nice places for walks are here too. By the beach (little Miami?!?), seaport ofc.. in the city centre ( little NY?!?)-shops, fontains, churches, markets... , around museums (another planet?!?) LOVE IT!!

Socks are important too! Airplane is too cold to be barefoot. So at least 2 pairs of socks is a good idea.

Sa lt in the sea will dry your hair. Tak with you some goos shampoo to help them regenerate.

Finally, slippers are always in my suitcase. easy to wear, no pain (flip flooops all day yayz), even to brighten outfits
