What are your options then? #lactosefree

Hi everyone this post is about my main sources of energy, proteins and yummy meals!
I went vegetarian few years ago and till this day I am asked what I eat in a day. Here are some examples of my favorites. It is more complicated now because some time ago I found out I have lactose intolerance. Just kidding no hard times. In this era we have many kinds of food, trust me, I am not hungry at all! More expensive? No way! Buy what you can offer and you are on the same level as before. You also eat regular meat from grocery not steak in restaurant, so do not compare my tofu for couple of cents with a meal from eco, bio, raw, vegan reastaurant.

Lactose free products
My favorite milk produt is cottage, s the first thing I must have was this lactose free cottage from rajo. Along with this one rajo offers many other lactose free items like milk or curd. Again both are similar to regular one I buy them weekly. All of them I mix with fruit, biscuits, crackers, vegetables or eat on their own.

From milk we made porrige, pancakes, cakes and lot more!                     
The second fav thing from milk is yogurt. The top one so far is this fruit lacto zero greek style yogurt. The consistency is really nice, better than in others. Flavor is addicted too. To add more sparkle in it use some seeds or granola

Cheese spread is quick and easy to-go. Here is Lučina soft, no strong taste but creamy and fluffy. Perfect topping for fresh piece of bread.
Vegan options like tofu, hummus, soy products
My fav hummus is the one with beetroot- it has a bit sweeter taste, not so salty and heavy and that is why I like it the most. I combine hummus with everything (potatoes, rice, bread, crackers,..)            
From vegan brands I mostly go for alpro. They have nice plant-based milk (many kinds),yogurts,.. 
                                                       
Natural tofu- my fav kind, recipe with it is on this blog too. The best combination is some "pan mix" with vegetables with rice.
Foodsruff from garden/ without heat or cheminal treatment: legumes, vegetables, fruit, seeds, rice
Beans, baked zucchini and potatoes- cheap and easy lunch or dinner. You can be creative and mix different kind of beans, chickpeas, lentils,..

Boiled vegetables, potatoes topped with avocado spread- summer evening in my style. Seasonal vegeratble is a lifehack for saving.
I hope this article help you with being creative with your meals withou meat, fish and also lactose products in it. I enjoy quick, tasty and cheap food, so it is perfect for students, big families, lazy or busy people!
P.S. The world offers more than just these products I showed you. They are just examples. I eat more than just this ones too.
