"Nokerle" with veggie mix
Ingredients:
300g flour
200 ml water
2 eggs
salt
oil
onion
tomatoes
1/2 tofu
zucchini
Procedure:
Mix flour, eggs, water and salt together. Boil 15 miutes. In a pan mix together on an oil chopped onion, tomatoes, zucchini and tofu. Add some salt or other seasoning and wait till everything is ready to eat.
Handmade, homemade dumplings
Naked tiramisu
Ingredients:
biscuits
mascarpone
whipped cream
sugar
strong coffee
Prodecure:
Make a cup of coffee and let it cool. Whipped cream mix together with sugar and mascarpone. When the coffee is ready soak biscuits in it and place them on baking sheet. Put a layer of cream on it and repeat. Cocoa powder on the top is up to you. Bon apetit!
